ACCURACY OF CONTENT

Southcombe Brothers has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that all products have been fairly described. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

LIABILITY

The total liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Southcombe Brothers to you the customer. Southcombe Brothers is not liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty, in contract or in any other way. Southcombe Brothers cannot accept any liability as a result of a failure to comply with specific instructions set out on this site. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

All items are subject to availability. If your style is not in stock, we will back order it and advise by e-mail when it will be ready. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.

PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAX

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT. Orders originating from within the UK are subject to an additional 15% VAT; all other orders are exempt from VAT.

CUSTOMS DUTY

If you are shopping on line and having your purchases delivered to a non-European Union country, you may possibly have to pay import duty and sales tax in the country of importation, which will be charged by importing country's customs over which we have no control.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We are dedicated to despatching your valued order promptly and efficiently according to your instructions. We will normally despatch your order within a maximum of 3 working days. The delivery period depends on stock availability, the hour and day your order is placed. U.K. orders are normally delivered in 4/7 working days; International orders are generally delivered in 10/14 working days.

SHIPPING

We shall email confirmation that your order has been shipped, and carrier used, with an estimated delivery period. Please note at holiday times and over weekends the delivery period may be extended. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience.

HOLIDAYS

Our offices and warehouse are open most days except during English National holidays.

CANCELLATION

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Goods must be returned in their original condition with full packaging

RETURNS POLICY

Always keep your invoice or despatch note, as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to Southcombe Brothers in its original packaging and original condition. We follow these guidelines:

• Genuinely faulty merchandise will be credited in full for the item and original post and packaging charges.

• If you have ordered an incorrect size and wish to exchange for the correct size, we shall be pleased to do so, if the merchandise is returned in original condition within 21 days of purchase date.

• All merchandise returned must be accompanied with a delivery note as proof of purchase.

• Please ensure you use a secure and reliable method to return your purchase. The parcel is your responsibility until we take delivery of it.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT
