A hybrid design which combines the very best of fabric and leather in one. This model has an outer shell made in anti-static Nomex® with a non-woven Kevlar® laminate on the reverse plus a PYROHIDE® leather palm. Fully lined with a blended Kevlar® fabric this model is gauntlet length and made with curved fourchetted fingers.The design has FR neoprene coated anti-slip Kevlar® fabric overlay patch, closed cell expanded foam padding protects the knuckles and a 3M Scotchlite tri-band (EN471 accredited) reflective strip across the back of the hand provides high visibility in night and day conditions. A full Gore-tex® fire membrane ensures that the glove is completely waterproof but also breathable. Designed to be worn over the top of a tunic, the glove will provide the wearer with a high degree of protection as well as dexterity during structural fire-fighting duties and is manufacturered to EN659 (2003 edition).
